Hethersett Hawks Cycle Speedway Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all its members. The club believes that it is important that all members, coaches, administrators, and parents associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with a club official.
As a member of Hethersett Hawks Cycle Speedway Club, you are expected to abide by the following:

Members will also make sure that they are in a fit state to ride for their safety and the safety of other riders.
- Hethersett Hawks Cycle Speedway Club will not tolerate bullying of any kind.
- Members agree to ride only in the training session they are invited to via Teamer. Moving to a different session will be done with the agreement of both coaches and parents.
