Hawks Bowling Night 2019!
Hawks, friends and family went along to Namco in Bowthorpe for a great night of Christmas bowling!
We had 4 lanes and 2 games each. Unfortunately we don’t have the scores for lane 4, but these are the results for lanes 1-3:
Game 1 – 1st Leigh Cossey (120), 2nd (joint) – Lee Hulcoop & David Adderson (118)
Game 2 – 1st Leigh Cossey (145), 2nd – Henry Adderson (141), 3rd – David Adderson (126)

Good luck to our senior team racing in the British Cycle Speedway Indoor Championships in Coventry on 5th January!
Our AGM will be February next year and we’d love to see loads of new faces come along to hear about what we accomplished last season and what we intend to accomplish next season! The post of Membership Secretary is still vacant, if you know anyone that fancies it please let us know! There’s not much work involved, but it’s one less job for the current committee to do!
In February there will be the annual Darts Night to look forward to, date to be confirmed and of course the season starting again in March! Next season is going to be particularly exciting with our venture into the South East & Eastern Region Youth League! With all the talent we’ve seen coming through this season, we want everyone to enter as many competitions as they can and bring home more trophies! Dates of fixtures will be announced towards the end of February. The British Championships this year is in the South & South West Region, as usual on the last bank holiday of August.
All that’s left to say is that we wish you ALL a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
