The Hawks seal their place in the Knock-Out Cup Final!
HETHERSETT HAWKS / MYHILL DECORATORS reached the final of the South East & Eastern Division 2 Knock Out Cup by making it three wins out of three in the final leg at Eaton Park. The match was abandoned with two races to go due to an on-track long-term injury delay but the Hawks were already in an unassailable position. Owen Wells continued to impress and new signing Ben Loombe rolled back the years since his eight-year absence. Also impressive was first-year rider Charlie Lyth and David Adams used all his experience too.

The final is on Sunday October 21st, venue to be decided.
The corresponding Division 1 cup leg was hard fought and entertaining. Blakenham, with British Champion Josh Brooke unbeaten, just did enough to ensure their place in the final as Hethersett pushed them all the way. Acting manager for the day Liam Webster was a superb role model leading the team and Olly Buxton as always was in the thick of the action. The teamwork of Harley Hamill was also a high spot.
